SHIPPING POLICY

Product delivery details will be shared on email / phone within 4 -5 working days from the date of booking.

If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver to you, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking the proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for shipping charges.

Delivery details will be provided by the company to customer through mail with expected delivery date and with consignment no. for tracking the product delivery before shipment

If there are any delays in product shipment, the company will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.

Shipping within India charges - Free Delivery time 4 - 7 working days

Shipping internationally charges Rs.3500 Delivery time 5- 7 working days

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.

Our size chart is visible on each product. We also customize as per the size. Request you to select the ‘Made to Order’ option for all custom sizing, and our team will get in touch.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount; however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit. A request for the same shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site. Our styles are on a made to order basis & handcrafted individually for you. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. 

BILLING

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST applicable.
